Our Stories 

Mary T. Dunn left a great impression on many of our lives. She served as a Brown Deer Librarian for 37 years until her retirement in 2016. She was an active and dedicated member of Our Lady of Good Hope Church. She was involved in the GFWC Brown Deer Jr.  Woman’s Club for many years and served as President in 1991. She was a much-cherished member of the WREAD book group in Brown Deer. She was also loved and treasured by her family.

On August 5th, 2021 the sitting area on the second floor of the Brown Deer Public Library was dedicated to Mary T. Dunn. The Brown Deer Jr. Woman's Club donated $300 in honor of our former member and past President. The money will be used for Adult Programming, and for purchasing books and possibly artwork.
